State Fair Fun!

Janie was celebrating her birthday yesterday so we decided to go on the big sling shot. It was pretty wild. Janie screamed like a little girl... okay I may have yelled a little too!

Yesterday Joanne, Ava, Scarlett, Grandma Janie and I went to the State Fair. We enjoyed some corn dogs, watermelon and ice cream. The quilts, art work, cake decorating and knitting projects were beautiful and nice to see. We visited the animal barns and saw a 1 day old calf. She was so cute! We petted sheep and goats, saw some baby pigs. Scarlett really enjoyed all the animals. We wrapped up the day going on some carnival rides. Ava loves those and we went on some pretty wild ones. The weather was perfect and it was a great day at the fair celebrating Janie's birthday and having fun together.
